Kickoff: 6:30 p.m., ESPN ; ; ; Panthers hoping to redeem themselves for prime-time embarrassment vs. Cowboys. . . . Carolina QB Jake Delhomme stinks on third down. Come to think of it, the other three aren’t all that hot, either. . . . Panthers have won six of past seven in series and hope to sweep Bucs for third time in past four seasons. . . . Bucs’ Joey Galloway has five TD catches in seven meetings vs. Panthers. . . . Go figure.
